Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Behavioral Health Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage behavioral health utilization review clinicians to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Analyze utilization management activities to identify areas for improvement and align with goals
• Develop and maintain compliance with behavioral health utilization management policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• License to practice independently or state-required licensure
• Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles preferred
• Advanced understanding of medical necessity criteria for a range of behavioral health services preferred
