Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transfer Center Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care within set time-frames, documenting findings according to policies
• Oversee and supervise shifts, demonstrating leadership and ensuring adherence to nursing policies and procedures
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond accordingly, including notifying physicians as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing or relevant state licensure required
• Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred, especially with chemical dependency and dual diagnosis
• Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) required within 30 days of employment
• Must be at least 21 years of age
