Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Current unrestricted physician license in Texas
• Board certified in Psychiatry
• Knowledge of post-acute care planning and disease management
• Demonstrated understanding of engagement, empowerment, rehabilitation, and recovery principles
