Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Retiree Benefits Advisor - Temporary - Virtual + Commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a world-class experience at all customer touchpoints
- Sell and enroll retirees into appropriate insurance products, including health and prescription plans
- Conduct needs analysis and assist retirees in selecting suitable plans based on their needs
Required Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in consultative sales and/or customer service, preferably in a call center
- Active resident health insurance license or ability to renew prior to start date
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plans
- No contracting restrictions related to carriers and/or previous employers
