Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Retiree Benefits Advisor - Temporary - Virtual + Commission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a world-class experience at all customer touchpoints
  • Sell and enroll retirees into appropriate insurance products, including health and prescription plans
  • Conduct needs analysis and assist retirees in selecting suitable plans based on their needs
Required Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in consultative sales and/or customer service, preferably in a call center
  • Active resident health insurance license or ability to renew prior to start date
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plans
  • No contracting restrictions related to carriers and/or previous employers
