Job Summary
Serving as the primary contact for State of Texas employees and retirees, the full-time remote Texas Licensed Benefits Representative will efficiently respond to inquiries regarding employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans, while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on benefits packages, including eligibility, coverage options, and enrollment procedures
- Respond to incoming calls, addressing benefits-related questions and resolving issues efficiently
- Assist employees with the benefits enrollment process and maintain accurate records of interactions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in benefits administration or human resources
- Knowledge of employee benefits terminology and regulations
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and documentation
- Ability to type at least forty words per minute
