Job Summary
To support a growing broker network, the full-time Texas Licensed Benefits Sales Executive will recruit and train agents, develop revenue growth strategies, and coordinate sales activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and train new agents by promoting BenefitMall's unique offerings and building trusted relationships
- Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to enhance sales activity and product offerings
- Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team environment to ensure a seamless benefits selling experience
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- 3+ years of experience in a related insurance/employee benefits sales role (required)
- Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance products
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
