Texas Licensed Bilingual Claims Representative

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support for auto claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Bilingual Claims Representative will manage first notice of loss intake, customer service interactions, and claim creation processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handles first notice of loss support and claim creation for auto claims
• Investigates customer needs and manages the claims experience from intake to assignment
• Responds to incoming calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information to customers

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year of customer contact experience required; 2 years preferred
• 6+ months of claims adjusting experience or 1 year of GM Financial customer service experience preferred
• Must obtain and maintain a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one US State
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
