Job Summary
To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the part-time Texas Licensed Bilingual Mental Health Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, design personalized treatment plans, and manage electronic documentation in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults, including Spanish-speaking clients, in a virtual environment
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
- Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to ensure adherence to best practices
Required qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, capable of conducting therapy sessions in both languages
- A completed master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
- An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
- Experience working with the geriatric population
- Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus
