Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming telephone calls in a call center environment
• Document calls efficiently and accurately while following triage algorithms
• Provide superior customer service and ensure HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work every other weekend
• Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Access to a private space for patient privacy and high-speed internet
