Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate insurance products
• Educate customers on insurance offerings and identify opportunities for additional sales
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to insurance and services

Required Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of six months of work-at-home experience
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
