Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls to identify and match insurance products to customer needs
• Educate customers on insurance products and identify opportunities for additional sales
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding insurance and service-related issues

Required Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• A minimum of six months of work-at-home experience
• GED or High School Diploma
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
