Texas Licensed Bilingual RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Care Coordination RN (Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and educate members and providers on insurance plan benefits and digital health solutions
• Provide pro-active and reactive support for members through various outreach methods
• Track and document interactions accurately using internal software tools and consult with relevant teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working at a health plan, preferably with a commercial population
• 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
• Fluency in conversational Spanish
• Current, unrestricted nursing license (Texas or Compact License)
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
