Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biostatistical Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide statistical consultation to faculty, staff, and students, including experimental design and data analysis
  • Write and revise the statistical portion of manuscripts and grant proposals
  • Assist in data organization and perform statistical computations while developing in-house programs
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in biostatistics or related discipline, or MPH with a concentration in biostatistics
  • 3 years of experience in statistical consulting, preferably in a biomedical or healthcare environment
  • Working knowledge of SAS, SPSS, or other major statistical packages, and Microsoft Office (ACCESS and EXCEL)
  • Experience in grant development and statistical design of studies
  • Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts in non-technical terms
