Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bodily Injury - Attorney Rep Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto liability claims involving severe injuries and damages
• Request and review medical records, negotiate settlements, and prepare necessary documentation
• Assess claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or 5 years of related experience in bodily injury claims
• Active Adjuster's license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in the non-standard auto industry is a plus
• Familiarity with relevant forms, procedures, and regulations
