Job Summary
Focused on investigating unrepresented moderate bodily injury claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will work remotely to assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service and negotiating fair settlements.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate moderately complex claims, including uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and injury casualty claims
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to facilitate a smooth claims process
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, vendors, and third-party carriers, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in bodily injury adjusting and/or liability
- Proficiency in evaluating claims and familiarity with insurance policies and coverage
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Experience with innovative tools and platforms for claims evaluation
