Job Summary

Focused on investigating unrepresented moderate bodily injury claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will work remotely to assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service and negotiating fair settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate moderately complex claims, including uninsured/underinsured motorist claims and injury casualty claims
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to facilitate a smooth claims process
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, vendors, and third-party carriers, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in bodily injury adjusting and/or liability
• Proficiency in evaluating claims and familiarity with insurance policies and coverage
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
• Experience with innovative tools and platforms for claims evaluation
