Texas Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Texas Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving complex or severe bodily injury claims, assess coverage and damages, and negotiate settlements while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents and assess liability, coverage, and damages
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process
• Negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved in the claims

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in handling bodily injury claims
• Experience with complex or severe bodily injury claims preferred
• Prior experience handling claims in Texas preferred
• Knowledge of Gross Tort Value and Risk Analysis is a plus
• Familiarity with claims management software such as NextGen and Mitchell Decision Point is advantageous
