Job Summary

As a Texas Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster, the full-time remote position will investigate and negotiate complex automobile accident claims involving bodily injury and property damage, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining communication with customers and attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate represented claims, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process
• Negotiate fair settlements with all parties involved, utilizing innovative tools and platforms

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in bodily injury claim evaluations and negotiation
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Texas casualty claim handling experience is a plus
