Job Summary
Evaluating and managing claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will conduct investigations, analyze coverage, and negotiate settlements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Plans and conducts investigations to determine liability, compensability, and extent of damages
- Completes Bodily Injury Evaluation forms and makes recommendations for claims disposition
- Maintains accurate records and handles administrative responsibilities associated with claims processing
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency required; a 2-year degree or higher preferred
- At least one year of automobile liability experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of previous auto liability claim handling experience or 1 year of bodily injury claims experience preferred
- Must currently hold or be able to secure an adjuster license within 60 days of employment
- Knowledge of applicable insurance statutes, regulations, and case law
