Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time Texas Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, negotiate settlements, and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate casualty claims by reviewing damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate a smooth claims process
• Negotiate claims settlements with all parties involved, utilizing effective negotiation tactics

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in handling represented third-party bodily injury claims
• Experience with Texas casualty claims
• Proficiency in insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and negotiating injury claims
