Key Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate bodily injury and property damage claims, including negotiations and settlements
• Represent the company in all phases of litigation and provide expert legal advice to internal teams
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with Texas insurance laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on automobile accidents
• Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations
