Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Claims Supervisor to oversee claims operations and provide leadership in the management of bodily injury claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the pre-suit claims process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with stakeholders
• Review complex bodily injury claims to assess liability, coverage, and damages
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and generate reports for management on performance indicators and proposed solutions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 3 years handling and/or supervising Texas Bodily Injury Claims required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) or AIC is a strong plus
• Active Adjusters License is required
• Extensive knowledge of claims operations, particularly in the BI/UM market
