Texas Licensed Bodily Injury Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Texas Licensed Bodily Injury Specialist will conduct investigations, evaluate claims, and negotiate settlements while working remotely from Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and conducts investigations to analyze coverage and determine liability and damages
• Completes Bodily Injury Evaluation forms and makes recommendations for claims disposition
• Evaluates policy coverage and communicates with insureds, claimants, and medical staff regarding injuries and claims status

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a 2-year degree in a related field is preferred
• At least one year of automobile liability experience is required
• A minimum of 2 years of auto liability claim handling or 1 year of bodily injury claims experience is preferred
• Must be able to secure and maintain adjuster license(s) within 60 days of employment
• Knowledge of applicable insurance statutes, regulations, and case law is essential
