Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the pre-suit claims process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication
• Review complex bodily injury claims to assess liability, coverage, and damages
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and present reports to management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years handling and/or supervising Texas Bodily Injury Claims
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) or AIC certification is a strong plus
• Active Adjusters License
• Extensive knowledge of claims operations, particularly in the BI/UM market
