Job Summary

A company is looking for a BPM Technical Lead (Pega).

Key Responsibilities

Design and configure Pega workflows to support channel sales processes
Translate business requirements into Pega functional designs and specifications
Integrate workflows with upstream and downstream systems via APIs and other connectors

Required Qualifications

6 to 10 years of experience in workflow BPM implementation, with at least 3 years on the Pega platform
Strong experience in Pega Case Management and integrations (REST, SOAP)
Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
Pega certifications (e.g., CSA or CSSA)
Experience with DevOps CI/CD for Pega deployments
