A company is looking for a Producing Branch Manager / Senior Retail Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the San Antonio branch's mortgage operations
• Oversee in-house processing, underwriting, and closing to ensure a seamless client experience
• Build and maintain a self-sourced book of business through referrals and networking

Required Qualifications

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license
• Minimum 3 years of continuous retail residential mortgage origination experience
• Self-sourced book of business with referral-based production
• Proven production track record in the US mortgage market
• US residency and work authorization without visa sponsorship
