Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Licensing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and process advisor profiles within the firm's platforms
Assist in coordinating new hire records and updating desk procedures
Support activities related to licensing, branch changes, and account reassignments

Required Qualifications

4-year degree preferred or at least 5 years of financial services experience
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to be associated with the Broker-Dealer as a Non-Registered Fingerprinted employee
Ability to obtain FINRA SIE and Series 99 licenses
