Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Licensing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and process advisor profiles within the firm's platforms
  • Assist in coordinating new hire records and updating desk procedures
  • Support activities related to licensing, branch changes, and account reassignments
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year degree preferred or at least 5 years of financial services experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to be associated with the Broker-Dealer as a Non-Registered Fingerprinted employee
  • Ability to obtain FINRA SIE and Series 99 licenses
