Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bridge Program Manager to oversee TxDOT bridge contracts throughout Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees TxDOT bridge projects and maintains relationships within TxDOT
• Prepares and monitors project budgets, ensuring profitability and timely completion
• Supervises office staff and is responsible for technical training and career development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited university
• 15+ years of experience preferred, with prior TxDOT experience
• Technical background in structural bridge design or bridge inspection
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) and/or Structural Engineer (S.E.) certification required
