Job Summary
Leading business analysis and discovery activities, the full-time Texas Licensed Business Analyst will coordinate workstreams, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and document business processes and requirements in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate discovery workshops with TxDOT Aviation stakeholders
- Document current-state and future-state business processes, including workflows and business rules
- Coordinate Zenius workstreams and collaborate with Fluxx functional and technical leads on requirements and configuration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, public administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation experience; 3 years supporting comparable software implementations
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder discovery workshops and documenting complex workflows
- Experience supporting grants management, contract management, or similarly regulated business processes
- Demonstrated ability to work with SaaS implementation teams and translate business needs into actionable inputs
