Job Summary
To implement complex technology projects for the Mainframe Transformation Program, the full-time Texas Licensed Business Analyst will perform advanced business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and user acceptance testing, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for multiple inter-related projects, including software applications and data migration
- Create and validate design documentation and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Assess and improve business processes while providing research and special project support to users
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, particularly in software development projects
- 3+ years of experience with the Texas version of RBDMS (Risk Based Data Management System)
- Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation and technical documentation development
- Proficiency in MS Office and prototyping tools such as Visio and Axure
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
