Texas Licensed Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Texas Market Provider Relations team, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Business Analyst will provide analytical, reporting, operational, and project support across various provider networks while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Track provider issues, health plan escalations, and operational initiatives to support leadership
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics related to provider performance and value-based care outcomes
- Analyze provider and market data to identify trends and present actionable recommendations to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, or business analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data validation
- Experience with healthcare analytics tools and reporting systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
