Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Title Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and success of Realtor and joint venture partnerships
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute client-specific business plans
  • Generate new business by cultivating relationships with Realtors and joint venture partners
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development or partnership-focused roles
  • Proven success in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in title and escrow services
  • Ability to develop and deliver tailored product presentations to clients
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered
  • Title insurance sales experience is a must
