Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Title Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and success of Realtor and joint venture partnerships
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute client-specific business plans
- Generate new business by cultivating relationships with Realtors and joint venture partners
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development or partnership-focused roles
- Proven success in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in title and escrow services
- Ability to develop and deliver tailored product presentations to clients
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered
- Title insurance sales experience is a must
