Texas Licensed Business Immigration Attorney

Job Summary

To support the increasing demand for employment-based immigration services, a part-time Texas Licensed Business Immigration Attorney will manage a variety of immigration matters, advise corporate clients on compliance strategies, and conduct client consultations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle employment-based immigration matters, including work visa petitions
• Advise employers on immigration strategy and compliance
• Manage cases independently from intake through filing and completion

Required qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• 3+ years of business immigration experience focused on employment-based matters
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Experience managing matters independently with minimal supervision
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to advise business clients confidently
