Job Summary

To support a growing immigration practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Business Immigration Attorney will manage client cases, develop strategies for the international transfer of skilled employees, and work remotely while maintaining a strong focus on case management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business immigration cases and provide legal counsel to clients
• Develop and implement strategies for the international transfer of skilled employees
• Conduct legal research and draft affidavits and briefs for immigration matters

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in Texas
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business immigration law
• Experience in a high-volume business immigration practice group
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize case management tasks
