Job Summary
To support a fast-paced clinic, the full-time Texas Licensed Call Center Specialist II will obtain financial and demographic information during Pre-Registration, maintain knowledge of admission processes, and execute tasks with high accuracy while working remotely within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain accurate financial and demographic information for patient accounts during Pre-Registration
- Utilize Passport for address verification and maintain knowledge of admission processes
- Execute tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in healthcare, customer service, telemarketing, or a call center environment
- Working knowledge of Medical Terminology (preferred)
- CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (preferred)
