Job Summary

To support a fast-paced clinic, the full-time Texas Licensed Call Center Specialist II will obtain financial and demographic information during Pre-Registration, maintain knowledge of admission processes, and execute tasks with high accuracy while working remotely within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Key responsibilities
  • Obtain accurate financial and demographic information for patient accounts during Pre-Registration
  • Utilize Passport for address verification and maintain knowledge of admission processes
  • Execute tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in healthcare, customer service, telemarketing, or a call center environment
  • Working knowledge of Medical Terminology (preferred)
  • CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (preferred)
