Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advocate/Medical Assistant to work remotely, primarily serving as a liaison between high-risk patients and the medical care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephonic assessments and document findings for the medical care team
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and accessing community resources
  • Coordinate with vendors as necessary to support patient care
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
