Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Advocate/Medical Assistant to work remotely, primarily serving as a liaison between high-risk patients and the medical care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic assessments and document findings for the medical care team
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and accessing community resources
- Coordinate with vendors as necessary to support patient care
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare insurance company or medical clinic
- Experience with EMR and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
