Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Ambassador to provide support for patients, healthcare providers, and pharma manufacturers in the field of rare diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
• Manage inbound and outbound communication while ensuring service level agreements are met
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals and support personnel

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3+ years of experience in case/account management or customer support
• Call center experience
• Proficiency with computers and Windows-based programs
