Job Summary
As a full-time Texas Licensed Care Ambassador, the candidate will serve as the Single Point of Contact for healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers, managing relationships and addressing product-related issues while working remotely during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for patients, caregivers, pharma, and providers, ensuring effective communication and support
- Drive patient adherence to therapies and onboard new patients to Optum Frontier Therapies
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with healthcare providers and support personnel, addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years of experience in case/account management, relationship management, or customer support
- Call center experience and proficiency with computers and Windows-based programs
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility in scheduling during business hours of 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST
