Job Summary
As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a portfolio of healthcare providers and patients, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Ambassador will manage patient onboarding, drive adherence to therapies, and educate stakeholders on program services while working remotely within the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, pharma, and providers, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers and support personnel to enhance patient outcomes
- Manage inbound and outbound communication, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality customer care
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years of experience in case/account management, relationship management, or customer support
- Call center experience
- Proficiency with computers and Windows-based programs
