Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordination RN - Bilingual (Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Educate members and providers on insurance plan benefits and digital health solutions
• Engage members through proactive outreach and support via phone, email, and text
• Document interactions accurately and manage escalations effectively

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (conversational) is required
• 1-2 years of experience working at a health plan, preferably with a commercial population
• 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
• Current, unrestricted Texas nursing license or Compact License
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required
