Job Summary
To support the Dallas Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will provide outstanding customer service by managing and coordinating healthcare services for patients, families, and care providers in a remote setting, with occasional onsite training or meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures a positive patient experience by focusing on satisfaction and resolution of inquiries
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure resolution of issues
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role
- Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred
