Job Summary

To support the Dallas Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will provide outstanding customer service by managing and coordinating healthcare services for patients, families, and care providers in a remote setting, with occasional onsite training or meetings.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensures a positive patient experience by focusing on satisfaction and resolution of inquiries
  • Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure resolution of issues
Required qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role
  • Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) preferred
