Job Summary
To support the CNST Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service while managing healthcare services for patients, family members, and care providers, primarily in a remote setting with occasional onsite training or meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures a positive patient experience by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
- Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Collaborates with team members to meet established service level metrics for quality and productivity
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role
- Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and colleagues
