Job Summary

To support the CNST Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service while managing healthcare services for patients, family members, and care providers, primarily in a remote setting with occasional onsite training or meetings.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensures a positive patient experience by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
  • Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure satisfaction with services provided
  • Collaborates with team members to meet established service level metrics for quality and productivity
Required qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role
  • Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and colleagues
