Job Summary
To support the CNST Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service by managing healthcare services coordination between patients, family members, and care providers in a remote setting, while occasionally attending onsite training and meetings in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures a positive patient experience by focusing on satisfaction and resolution of inquiries
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role
- Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and in writing
