Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Texas Licensed Care Coordinator will manage healthcare services coordination for patients, families, and care providers in a remote capacity while occasionally attending onsite training or meetings in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures a positive patient experience by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Documents customer interactions and follows up to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role
- Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) preferred
