Texas Licensed Care Coordinator (RN)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator (RN) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and educate members and providers on insurance plan benefits and digital health solutions
• Provide proactive and reactive support for members through various outreach methods
• Track and document work accurately using internal software tools and consult with relevant teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working at a health plan, preferably with a commercial population
• 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
• Current, unrestricted nursing license (Texas or Compact License)
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
• Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology, including health plan benefits and authorizations
