Job Summary

Texas Licensed Care Coordinator RN, seeking a full-time remote nurse to enhance member wellness and engage with health plan benefits through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate members and providers on insurance benefits and digital health solutions
• Provide proactive and reactive support through outreach and effective communication techniques
• Document member interactions and consult with supervisors and teams to address barriers and escalations

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas nursing license or Compact License
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
• 1-2 years of experience with a health plan and 3-5 years in a clinical nursing setting
• Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology, including health plan benefits
• Experience in member outreach and education, preferably in a telephonic setting
