A company is looking for a Job Search Strategist / Career Coach - Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes rapport with employees and motivates them to achieve goals
• Guides employees through the coaching process and milestone completion
• Advises and coaches on career development, transition issues, and job search strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy/career coaching
• Currently resides in the Houston area with knowledge of local job searching
• Experience with virtual coaching and navigating VISA challenges is a plus
• High-speed internet connection and personal computer required for remote work
• Master's degree in a relevant field and coaching certification preferred
