Job Summary

A company is looking for a Casualty Bodily Injury Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations of bodily injury claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages
Negotiate with claimants and attorneys to reach fair and reasonable settlements
Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance laws, regulations, and company policies

Required Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred and/or a minimum of 3 years of related work experience, preferably with BI claims
Active Adjuster's license
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
Knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications
