Job Summary
Managing claims and conducting investigations, the full-time Texas Licensed Casualty Specialist will analyze coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Plans and conducts investigations to assess liability and damages related to claims
- Evaluates policy coverage and communicates with insureds, claimants, and medical staff to determine injury details
- Maintains accurate records and manages administrative tasks associated with claims processing and payments
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency required; a 2-year degree or higher preferred
- At least one year of automobile liability experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of previous auto liability claim handling experience or 1 year of bodily injury claims experience preferred
- Must currently hold or have the ability to secure and maintain adjuster license(s) within 60 days of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
