Job Summary

Leading the planning and implementation of College, Career, and Military Readiness initiatives, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed CCMR Coordinator will collaborate with campus and district leaders to enhance student readiness outcomes and ensure compliance with state accountability requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate district-wide CCMR initiatives aligned with state goals
• Analyze student performance data to identify trends and recommend targeted interventions
• Build partnerships with colleges and community organizations to expand student opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in secondary education or related fields
• Extensive knowledge of Texas CCMR accountability requirements
• Experience using Google Workspace in a professional or academic setting
