Texas Licensed Charge Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Charge Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Weekender.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges while mentoring and training new staff
• Monitor medical charts, provide compassionate care, and communicate protocol changes to staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate reports

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
• 1 year of RN experience required
• Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law
• AHA BLS certification required; ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP preferred
